Stellar has two recovery service plans and Every service has two phases Diagnosis and Recovery
a. Priority Service
Priority Diagnosis : In our diagnosis we find out what is the level of damage on the hard drive and what will be the correct recovery method for us to use. This is done in 12-72 business hours and a report is sent to you along with correct estmation if the recovery.
Priority Recovery : Upon client's approval after diagnosis we start our recovery process in our Class 100 Clean Room facility. This process usually take 3-5 business day in total to complete.
Extra charge are applicable for priority data recovery services.

b. Standard Service

Standard Recovery : Upon client's approval after diagnosis we start our recovery process in our Class 100 Clean Room facility. This process usually take another 5-7 business daya to complete.
